A Sioux Falls Paint Store Since 1885
Our story began in 1882, when brothers Sven Albert Norberg and his brother Peter arrived in Sioux Falls from Sweden and began working as painters. A winter painting job convinced them to stay in Sioux Falls rather than continue west, and in 1885, they opened their first storefront.
We've remained family-owned ever since.
Over the years, Norberg Paints evolved into a full-service paint store and supplier. We expanded our selection to include professional paint supplies, equipment, window treatments, industrial coatings, and more. Today, our fifth generation continues the family business, carrying forward the same hands-on approach that has defined Norberg Paints for more than a century.
