From a single room to a commercial or industrial job, we provide premium paints, professional equipment, and the paint supplies you need to get the job done right.

We're proud to be South Dakota's oldest family-owned business, serving generations of customers since 1885. Today, we carry trusted brands including Benjamin Moore paint, PPG, and C2 Paint, along with a complete selection of Interior and exterior paints, stains, coatings, and professional painting products. We combine quality with competitive pricing and knowledgeable service to help you make the right choice for your project.

A Sioux Falls Paint Store Since 1885

Our story began in 1882, when brothers Sven Albert Norberg and his brother Peter arrived in Sioux Falls from Sweden and began working as painters. A winter painting job convinced them to stay in Sioux Falls rather than continue west, and in 1885, they opened their first storefront.

We've remained family-owned ever since.

Over the years, Norberg Paints evolved into a full-service paint store and supplier. We expanded our selection to include professional paint supplies, equipment, window treatments, industrial coatings, and more. Today, our fifth generation continues the family business, carrying forward the same hands-on approach that has defined Norberg Paints for more than a century.

Paint, Paint Supplies, and Professional Equipment

Paint is only part of getting a great result. At our paint supply store, we stock the products and equipment you need to prepare, apply, and finish your project properly, including:

We carry leading brands such as Benjamin Moore and PPG, as well as C2 Paint, our exclusive local paint line known for exceptional quality in interior and exterior paints, trim, and stains.
